When is Baptism held at FHVCC?
The church’s Administrative Office maintains the schedule of all baptismal services. Baptismal services (immersion and pouring/sprinkling) are held throughout the year and are announced in the church bulletin announcements.
When are New Members’ Classes held?
New Members’ Classes are held every first Thursday of every month starting at 7pm in the main sanctuary and afford new members the opportunity to join at any time. Upon completion of our classes, a completion ceremony is held.
What are the church’s hours of operation?
FHVCC Administrative Office is open from 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Fridays (hours may vary depending upon special events).
Does FHVCC offer Pre-Marital sessions?
Yes, FHVCC has a Pre-Marital Institute which offers sessions for engaged couples. Each session consists of (6) six two-hour sessions which are held in Reverend Pelham’s office. The Administrative Office maintains a schedule of sessions. Upon completion of each session, a completion ceremony is held.
Who do I contact for funeral assistance?
The Administrative Office handles all requests for funeral assistance and can be reached by calling the Administrative Office at (803) 285-1075.
How can I get my child involved in some of the youth activities?
FHVCC has a very active youth ministry and parents can get their children involved in a host of ways, including children/youth bible study, choir, praise dance, manhood and womanhood rites of passage and other activities.
